This a is great dress by White House Black Market with a stylish modern retro look. It can be accessorized to be worn to different occasions. Color is black and white. Size is SMALL. It’s adorned with small white polka dots and fully lined , elastic waist allowing some stretch.
It has thin pleats all over. The collar is adjustable to be worn off the collar or raised to rest on the upper shoulders. The dress has 2 layered pleated flounces .
